Payment : We accept PayPal. Credit cards are accepted through PayPal.  We only ship to PayPal address.  We do not ship to alternate address you request via email or address written in 'note' session of payment transaction.  Please make sure valid and current address appears on payment transaction.  You are responsible for problems in shipping if you provide an invalid address with your paypal payment. Items shipped to California must pay sales tax. 

 

  Shipping & Handling/Insurance : We ship in USA and its territories only. We do not ship to Canada and International destinations. Shipping & Handling fees is FREE.  No pick up is allowed. We ship via USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation. We ship within 24 hours Monday through Friday (except holidays).

 

  Return Policy :  We will ship replacement for defective item at no extra charge.  All returns must be in original condition. Buyer is responsible for return postage, proper packaging and insurance on all returning items. You are not required to notify us in advance to return the item. You must include a copy of original packing slip/invoice with your returned item. You may return it for a refund. To be eligible for a refund, you must return within 30 days of purchase date. $6.99 fees per item will be deducted for s/h cost, processing cost and restoking cost for items returned for refund.  Burnt or physically damaged items are not returnable.
