Special Details for Ginny
Ginny was a true joy to reborn. Every step of the way I could see her transform into a sweet little happy newborn. Shes so precious, from her delicate soft baby hair (almost like peach fuzz) to her little button nose down to her little baby toes. Shes one adorable little baby. She has nice 3/4 long arms and legs that are very detailed and she can wear those cute summer shorts and dresses.
Ginny has a wonderful newborn complexion. I made sure that her coloring was completely even and every inch of her was colored. Her arms and legs are very detailed and completely painted. She has a fine network of veins to add to her realism. I took lots of pictures so please take a look.
She has a wonderful white doe suede body thats soft and cuddly and disc-jointed (it came with her kit). Her body is weighted with only glass beads, NO SAND, and the softest and highest quality fiber fill. Shes so cuddly and her little head is nicely weighted, so it needs to be supported when you pick her up. Her arms and legs are very heavily weighted with glass beads also. She feels exactly like a baby.
Her eye-brows are painted with delicate single strokes. Her eyes are beautiful solid glass eyes that will not fade over time. They are from the Designer series from the Little Dreams Collection. They are dark newborn blue perfect for a young newborn baby.
Her lips have been colored with numerous delicate layers to achieve the natural rosy color a baby would have. They were also triple sealed with a low gloss varnish.
Her hands and fingers are wonderfully detailed by the sculptor. To add to her realism I painted tiny little moons on all of her little nails. Then I painted a tip for that just clipped look. They have been triple sealed with a low gloss varnish.
Her arms are 3/4 long and her legs are 3/4 length. She looks adorable in a diaper and baby undershirt. |
