United States

Choose either media mail or priority mail via US post office.

USPS Media Mail is $4.00 per one lp, add .50 per each additional up to 5 total. Allow 4 to 14 days to arrive, West Coast can be even longer.   Includes delivery confirmation.

USPS Priority Mail is $7.00 per one lp, add $1.00 per each additional up to 5 total. Allow 2-7 days to arrive. Includes delivery confirmation.

Shipping and Handling :  All orders are processed and shipped within 10 business days of receipt of payment, except where noted (vacations, etc.). Payment must be received within 10 days after end of auction or purchase. If you mail payment, please provide a copy of the invoice or listing page to prevent lost payments.  We are not responsible for payments received without this documentation.  Once again, please note that your order may not be shipped for 10 business days due to multiple life commitments.  Please do not reduce feedback on shipping time UNLESS it takes me more than 2 weeks (10 business days) to ship.  Thanks.

We ship worldwide; shipping options are shown herein, including estimated delivery times and rates. S&H price includes the cost of packaging, postage and delivery confirmation (domestic only). Combine purchases and save on shipping. You must request a quote on packages of 6 lp's or more, box sets, unusual packages, etc.

Packaging:  We use heavy duty custom record mailers and sandwich your records between two cardboard flats. For open records, we pack the vinyl outside of its cover in an inner sleeve.  This protects the jacket from seam splits and the record from damage.  If you want something other than this, please let us know.

Insurance : Optional BUT highly recommended. Please request a a quote for insurance if desired.  We will not be responsible for uninsured packages once they have left our hands.  All domestic packages are trackable via delivery confirmation (but this is NOT insurance).

International insured shipments can be insured up to the amount of their declared value.  1st Class International shipments cannot be insured, so we have to use the more expensive Priority International method to add insurance.  Please, if you want insurance, let us know before you pay.

International packages are not trackable unless insured. If you want insurance and tracking on international shipping the package is automatically declared at the insured rate. International buyers wishing insurance or tracking, regardless of your country, please email first for a quote.  If you do not request it, you waive all claims in regard to packages being damaged, not arriving, etc.  We are not and we cannot be held responsible for customs charges. Sorry but we have to be clear on this.

Canada, Mexico, Central and South America:

Orders will be shipped 1st Class International, $7.00 per one lp, $1.00 each additional up to 5 total. Allow 5-10 days to arrive, sometimes slightly longer.

Europe, UK, Asia, Japan, Pacific Rim, Australia

Orders will be shipped 1st Class International, $15.00 for one lp, add $2 per additional up to five. 4-12 business days for delivery. NO INSURANCE OR TRACKING AVAILABLE. This is the default unless you specify otherwise.

Priority Mail International: 

Insurance and tracking available, please write first for quote. You must specify if you want this.  The minimum charge is at least $22 fyi.
