These 1/24 scale waterslide decals will do Joe Nemecheck's #01 ARMY TIME Person of the Year 2004 Monte Carlo. Decal placement sheet will be included . Paint the car all black the decals do the rest.

This decal sheet is designed to be used with the 2003-2004 REVELL MONOGRAM Monte Carlo Stock Car Kits

I offer three different shipping options if the decal is shipped within the UNITED STATES and is the responsibility of the purchaser to choose which they would prefer at the time of payment, see details below.

USEFUL INFORMATION TO MAKE NOTE OF:

 

1.       HUGE POINT OF INTEREST - Please read the terms below before proceeding. If you feel uncomfortable about any of the instructions, requests or statements listed below, you have every right not to purchase or bid. Bidding or making a purchase means that the bidder/buyer/purchaser has read and understand/agree to the statements, requests, declarations, and information provided below.

2.       This is a BIG POINT----Due to my job, sometimes I am unable to respond to emails, send invoices and am unable to ship items out right away. At times it may take 1-7 days to send out the package after payment is received due to the fact of not being around to process the payment.

3.       If purchasing multiple items please wait for me to send you an invoice with the corrected combined shipping costs. I ask of this because sometimes the shipping cost for multiple purchases are automatically combined at the time of checkout and are sometimes incorrect and higher than they should be.

4.       I have no control over shipping/delivery time. Please refer to point #25 for more information. Once the package leaves my possession, I am no longer responsible for it; the package is now in the possession of and the responsibility of the delivery service. Please be patient with the USPS at times they are not the quickest at delivery. I am not an employee, agent or representative of the USPS and cannot influence delivery or the time it takes to deliver a package. If you have any questions or concerns about this topic please contact the USPS directly. . The shipping/delivery options are stated below and are the responsibility of the winning bidder/ buyer to purchase the extra optional services offered by the seller. Due to USPS regulations a package cannot be tracked or a claim filed if insurance is purchased until 30 days has passed from the date the package was sent out. This is still no guarantee that the package will be found if lost or undelivered by the carrier when a trace has been filed. It also takes time to process an insurance claim once it is filed and submitted.

5.       I will only ship to addresses that are registered with EBAY or PAYPAL accounts. Please make sure that this information is correct and up to date. Incorrect information will slow the delivery of the package. The latest problem I have been dealing with is US member’s addresses with incorrect zip codes.

6.       Purchasing multiple items.  It is best if you wait for me to invoice you with the correct combined shipping costs. Sometimes the final EBAY invoice total at the time of payment/checkout is incorrect.

7.       The choice of shipping options is the responsibility of the purchaser since more than one form of shipping is offered --- PLEASE READ BELOW

8.       Shipping to the US via USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL is $3.00 and comes with no tracking or delivery confirmation numbers unless purchased separately which is the responsibility/choice of the purchaser to do. See point #10 and #13.  First Class Mail is a slower delivery service at times. If you are getting one decal or 20 decals or any other amount, your shipping will be just $3.00, as long as it is a United States address.  This is just one of the choices of shipping that I offer but from past experience this service from the USPS takes anywhere from 2-23 days for delivery. Why? I do not know, you will have to ask/contact the USPS, not me when you feel that delivery of your package is taking to long. Make note of this, with this less expensive, lower rate service it does not come with a tracking number, which is an optional offer. If the package is lost or slow at being delivered using this service, that the purchaser choose, there is nothing that can be done since no form of a tracking number was purchased, The only way to include a tracking number with this service is to purchase DELIVERY CONFIRMATION or INSURANCE, which is discussed below and is the responsibility of the purchaser.  I do offer PRIORITY MAIL that comes with a tracking number at a higher rate; which is also discussed below.

9.       Shipping via USPS PRIORITY MAIL in the US is an option for $5.00.  The cost of this shipping service has increased due the USPS raising their shipping rates. This shipping option comes with a USPS Delivery Confirmation number that can be tracked. Same combined rate applies as stated above but the cost is $5.00. This service does come with a delivery confirmation number and an automatic notification email is sent to you with the delivery confirmation number when I print off the postage/shipping label that gets attached to your package. Depending upon your email settings this notification will come in your regular email or your antispam email. Shipping insurance is optional and is discussed below.

10.    Delivery Confirmation is available for an additional $1.00 for USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL. US Orders only. I cannot be responsible for lost orders shipped without confirmation numbers, which is the buyer’s choice and responsibility to purchase the extra services offered. When mailing payment be sure to state you are purchasing delivery confirmation and add the $1.00 accordingly.  If paying by PAYPAL purchase the  $4.00 OTHER shipping option. If the package is lost or undelivered it cannot be tracked or traced without a number. There is nothing I can do. THIS SERVICE IS OPTIONAL AND IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER .Due to USPS regulations a package cannot be tracked or a claim filed until 30 days has passed from the date the package was sent out.

11.    Worldwide shipping other than US DELIVER for decals will be sent via USPS FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL which is $4.00. Same combined rates apply as stated above but for $4.00. If you would like to insure the package of decals, due to USPS regulations, the envelope would then have to be sent by REGISTERED MAIL, which will cost substantially more. Contact me for cost if you would like the item sent by this form of delivery. Different regulations apply when shipping decals with kits. Due to USPS regulations a package cannot be tracked or a claim filed, if insurance is purchased, until 30 days has passed from the date the package was sent out. This is still no guarantee that the package will be found if lost or undelivered by the carrier.

12.    I will not ship surface mail outside the US due to the prolonged delivery time. Please do not ask me to change my policy to ship at a cheaper, slower, lower rate because I will say NO in so many words. Shipping at a cheaper slower delivery time frame has only gotten me in trouble in the past.

13.    Shipping insurance is optional on decals for delivery in the United States only, but recommended. This option is the responsibility of the purchaser.  If the package is damaged, lost or undelivered by the USPS, there is nothing that can be done if insurance is not purchased. If insurance is not purchased, a claim cannot be filed if something happens and there will be no help in trying to correct the problem. Due to USPS regulations a package cannot be tracked or a claim filed until 30 days has passed from the date the package was sent out.

14.    If you over pay combined shipping costs I will try to refund you the difference.

15.    Decals ship with kits at no extra charge. This means if you are buying kits and decals combined, you pay just the rate for the kits. No additional shipping is added for decals when being shipped with kits.

16.    Sometimes when buying older, discontinued, out of production decals, due to their age there may be problems once in water. I cannot be responsible for decals once they are in water. A suggestion is if a problem arises; coat the decals with a liquid decal film or a clear coat before putting the decals in water and this may solve the problem.

17.    Decals are 1/24 scale Waterslide.  I do not produce any decals and do not have any other scale of decals unless stated in the auction description.  I am not a hobby dealer, just a fellow modeler.

18.    I will be happy to combine shipping. There is a one-week maximum for combining shipping.

19.    If you are purchasing several items and using Pay Pal, be sure to make only one payment transaction for your entire purchase. If you make separate payments for each item, full shipping will be added to each payment.

20.    Positive feedback will be left for every paid auction that is paid in a timely fashion. I do not use the policy of waiting for feedback . Feedback is left at the same time your order is processed.

21.    When sending payment, be sure to include some brief description or item number of what you are getting. Payments which do not have any information included may be delayed in processing. If the package is being sent outside of the United States and are using REGISTERED MAIL Please Include a Telephone Number and email that can be included on the customs delivery form just in case that you have to be contacted by the delivery service. Items will not be sent out until full payment is received.

22.    Payments accepted are: Money Order, or Pay Pal NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED, please note that paying by PAYPAL E-Check and PAYPAL payments that have to be accepted by receiver will cause a delay in shipping/delivery time. Payments that are sent via the Postal Service will also be delayed due to the fact that it takes time for the envelope to be delivered to me.  I WILL NOT SHIP ITEMS OUT UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. If the package is being sent outside of the United States and are using REGISTERED MAIL Please Include a Telephone Number and email that can be included on the customs delivery form just in case that you have to be contacted by the delivery service Items will not be sent out until full payment is received.

23.    Payment must be received with in 14 days of invoicing. Due to the amount of delinquent payment in the past this is more than a fair amount of time to make payment.  After 14 days an unpaid item dispute will be opened, I am done with being taken advantage of. Don’t be upset with me; thank the other EBAY members over the past 5 years for changing my attitude about this.  I try to be fair and work with everyone. If you cannot make payment with in this time frame please contact me before bidding/buying and maybe we can work something out.

24.    All correspondence via e-mail, is done thru EBAY and MY EBAY MESSAGES, which are documented. Every member has this service available to him or her thru their MY EBAY account, so a person cannot use the excuse that they were never notified.

25.    Delivery time listed below is only an ESTIMATED delivery time by the USPS, NOT A GUARANTEED DELIVRY TIME.  At times the USPS is not always the quickest in delivering a package, I have no control over this so please be patient with the USPS. I am not an employee, agent or representative of the USPS and cannot influence delivery or the time it takes to deliver a package. If you have any questions or concerns about this topic please contact the USPS directly. From dealings with the USPS in the past, delivery of items can take anywhere from 2 days to 30 days to make delivery depending upon which service is purchased. The USPS guarantees no delivery time unless it is next day air delivery service. Again please make note of this: First Class Mail Delivery and Priority Mail Delivery times are only estimated delivery times by the USPS, NOT guaranteed delivery times like many people seem to think.  Shipping/delivery outside the United States takes anywhere from 7-30 days due to regulations, customs and multiple delivery services handling the package. An incorrect address also affects the delivery process.
