HAND PAINTED ARTIST SIGNED PLATE/PLAQUE WITH ROSE BOUQUET

This is an Artist signed plate/plaque on the front.  " Y. Fuinabash" .  The plate measures 8 1/2" in diameter and has gold sponged scalloped edges.  the background is a sky blue with a lovely bouquet of a mixture of roses and other flowers. The colors just pop out.  There is a partial silver sticker on the back of the plate, but, it is not legible.  I think it is a Japan sitcker though.  This is a very pretty plate that you can hang on the wall or display with a stand.

 There are no chips or cracks.
