All items are shipped BRAND NEW in box. Most items are shipped double boxed and insulated with eco-friendly packing peanuts to protect your purchase. Other non-fragile items, not prone to damage, will ship in a single box.

Items are typically shipped through UPS ground. Orders are generally processed and shipped within two business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays) upon receipt of cleared payment. However, please allow up to 15 business days for delivery of your items from date payment is made due to UPS transit time. Sorry, we do not control the speed at which UPS delivers merchandise. Once your item is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. This particular item is not available for local pickup as it ships directly to you from the manufacturer.

IMPORTANT! At this time, we do not accept orders sent to PO Boxes, FPO or APO addresses. Orders can only be shipped to a physical street address within the 48 contiguous United States. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Virgin Islands, or Puerto Rico. We cannot ship to APO or FPO addresses at this time.

We accept payments through PayPal. You can easily pay through PayPal with your Visa, MC, Discover, or AMEX cards.

All AZ residents are subject to 8.1% sales tax.

1.) Please be sure your PayPal payment includes the correct "Ship To" address as we are not responsible for wrong addresses due to customers not updating their PayPal / eBay profile. We require a physical street address for shipping, so at this time we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. In addition, we do not accept orders sent to FPO or APO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Virgin Islands, or Puerto Rico since we only ship to the 48 contiguous United States.

2.) Please be sure that your email address registered with eBay is valid. All email correspondence is sent to your eBay registered email address, so please be sure to check that it is correct.

3.) Check to make sure that your email account does not have spam filters blocking emails coming from eBay or from our email address, "sales@furniturecreations.com".

All items are fully insured at our expense. In the event of damage or any defects, we can send out a replacement at absolutely no cost and with no need to return the damaged or defective merchandise. We simply ask that you send us an email (sales@furniturecreations.com) with photos of the damage or defect and we'll be happy to get a replacement sent out to you. If there is nothing wrong with the merchandise but you simply wish to return for a refund, you may do so by first contacting us via email (sales@furniturecreations.com) to request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. If you do not contact us first for your RMA number, we will be unable to appropriately credit your account due to the extremely large volume of orders we process on a daily basis. All requests for RMA numbers and requests for replacements for damaged or defective goods need to be sent via email. Even if you call us, you will still be instructed to send us an email regarding your request - we must have written documentation for any and all requests.

All requests for replacements of damaged or defective goods or requests for an RMA number must be made within 30 days of confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier. Sorry, but requests made after this 30 day period cannot be honored. All returns must be in an undamaged and unused condition and must be sent back in their original boxes - no exceptions. We will not honor refunds for items sent back in any other condition. Once received back, we can provide a FULL refund of your purchase price. However, please understand that return shipping is your responsibility.

For post sales issues, please include your name and the auction item #, so we can provide a quick response to your question. We strive to answer all questions within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
