I am listing this item for a friend/co-worker.   DEDA 'Newton' road stem.   Has upgraded TITANIUM hardware (bolts).    for 31.7 or 31.8 mm diameter bars, and 1 & 1/8th inch forks. Will work on one inch forks with reducer shim also. Weighs 141 grams on my digital scale. 100 mm long, 86 degree. Has seen light use and has some minor light scuffing.
