Given the personal nature of the products we sell, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR MAKE EXCHANGES, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  This policy is in effect due to State & Federal Health Code Laws regarding the sale of wig and wig products. However, we will refund your purchase if we made an error and shipped the wrong item to you. We believe in great customer service, so if we've made a mistake, we will fix the problem immediately.  Therefore, ask all questions prior to making your purchase & choose colors based on the actual Color Codes listed & the manufacturer's description of the color.  Do not rely on internet pictures in which colors may  appear differently on your computer.

Product Information

All our products are unique because we only deal with the highest-quality Kanekalon fibers. These wigs are soft, have more movement than other synthetic wigs on the market and the fibers look & feel like Human Hair!  Synthetic hair holds it's style with little effort. Unlike human hair, it will not frizz or droop in humid weather and does not need to be set to maintain the original style. Kanekalon fiber has "memory" and needs only occasional washing to look new again. 

 
All wigs fit an average size head, if not otherwise stated in the listing detail. For a more secure custom fit, inside the wig cap you will find adjustable Hook and Tab Closures.  To style your wig, try the "shake and go" method. Many styles need only a good shake or finger styling and you're ready to go! All wigs include a tag outlining all care and washing instructions.
