SOUTH-EAST VIEW OF ANCIENT HOUSE IN DEERFIELD

This small -- and very old -- historic Massachusetts woodcut will come to you in archival matting, ready for a STANDARD  5" x 7" frame. The very scarce image was published in 1841 (NOT a repro). The image is from Massachusetts Historical Collections by John Warner Barber, published in 1841 in Worcester, MA, by Dorr, Howland & Co.

VERY GOOD condition. [A woodcut, or wood engraving, is an image printed on paper from an inked wooden plate which has been engraved with a portrait, view, or other art work.] Size, about 2-5/8 x 3-7/8 inches, including title.
