Vinyl is visually graded, & I use a modified Goldmine standard; mine goes: MINT, NM, VG++, VG+, VG, G, F, P.  I rarely list items below VG.  My grade refers to the VINYL GROOVES ONLY.  Covers, sleeves, writing, inserts, labels, etc., are not graded or usually disclosed.  If you have any questions over these ungraded areas of my items, or want to know mixes, etc., whatever; please ask the question BEFORE BUYING OR MAKING AN OFFER.  Once you hit the button, it is too late!

DOMESTIC SHIPPING & HANDLING: 

Media Mail is $4.00 for the first, $.50 per additional.  Priority Mail is $7.00 for the first, $1.00 per additional.  All vinyl is mailed in cardboard mailers specifically made for vinyl media.  Insurance against loss or damage is recommended, and runs $2.00 per $50 of value.  I do not accept responsibility for the item once it leaves my hands; if you choose to pass up the insurance, YOU accept responsibility for the liability.  Sales of more than 20 items will be priced by weight.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & HANDLING:

$13.00 for the first, $3.50 per additional, via USPS First Class international or Priority International, depending on weight.  All vinyl is mailed in cardboard mailers specifically made for vinyl media.  Sales of more than 20 items will be priced by weight. 

CANADA ONLY:

Same as above, but $7.50 for the first, $1.00 per additional.  If these shipping prices do not come up automatically, please wait for an invoice!

PAYMENT:

I expect payment in my hands within 2 weeks of sale date, otherwise it goes to Ebay's dispute system.  All non-paying buyers will be permanently barred from all of my Ebay enterprises.

RETURN POLICY:

BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS!!!

The only reason I will take a return is if the item is not as I described it.  All returns must be pre-approved BEFORE sending, otherwise no refund will be given.  I double-check every record before it leaves, & catch most defects before they ever leave.  Please note, the only thing I describe is the vinyl grooves: I do not disclose cover condition, writing on labels, writing on covers, etc.  I expect the buyer to either ask all pertinent questions before making a purchase, or to abide by the consequences of not asking.  That said, here is what I what I expect from a returned item:
