Warranty / Refund Policy: Audio / video items (CD's, LP's, DVD's, VHS tapes, etc.) are warrantied against manufacturer's defects only. This warranty does not apply to damage or defects, if any, as described within the ad or that may have occured in transit. All other items (Posters, flats, magazines, etc.) are warrantied only against excessive damage or defects not accurately pictured or described within the ad (this does not include damage which may have occured in transit). Refunds / Replacements are issued once the defective item has been returned and quality checked.
