For orders over $100, local pickup is available at our New York City (Brooklyn) warehouse, Mon-Fri, 10-4pm. Contact us for more info and/or to arrange a pickup. This is not a retail location. This is exclusively for pickup post-eBay sale. Please be advised, you will be required to pay NYC sales tax of 8.375%.

• Servers:
  • No keys are included with servers; the server(s) are unlocked when shipped.
  • No rack rails or mounting hardware are included unless specifically stated above.
• Software/Peripherals/Accessories:
  • All items do not include operating system or installation CDs unless specifically stated. If auction does not directly state that an OS is included then disk(s) have been wiped and no software is installed or included.
• What's not included: All items do not include manuals and cables unless specifically stated. Auction is for specifically what is stated as being included above - nothing else.
• We guarantee against DOA: Any item in this auction that is not working properly when received by the buyer will be covered under the terms of our guarantee which is as follows: buyer must notify seller within 10 calendar days of receipt of the purchased item (date as stated by FedEx.com) of any problem/defects that may require a return and/or refund. The item will be returned to seller at buyer's expense within 5 business days of notification. Item will be tested to determine condition. If the item is not working and there are no obvious signs of physical damage, your money, not including return shipping charges, will be refunded. We do not cover the following conditions under our guarantee:
  • buyers inability or lack of experience and knowledge to install and/or use the equipment purchased.
  • inability of a hardware item to function with a specific software application or system.
• Restocking Fees: Items returned that are determined to be in working order will be subject to a 10% restocking fee and shipping will not be refunded. We will not accept any item that is damaged in return shipping. It will be reshipped back to the buyer and buyer will need to issue a claim with the freight company.
• Tax: We adhere to NY State Sales tax (If you receive equipment within NY state, we must collect tax.) Sales tax for shipments sent to locations in NY that are not part of NYC is 8.5%. Sales tax for shipments that are sent to locations within NYC is 8.875%.
• Non-paying bidder: If payment is not received within 7 days of auction close, we will contact eBay to leave a "non-paying bidder" notification. If after 10 days we reserve the right to cancel your purchase.
• Payment:
  • If this auction is marked as requiring immediate payment, then you must pay immediately with PayPal to win the auction (you haven't won it until you've paid for it.)
  • If it is not marked as requiring immediate payment, then payment options are as follows:
    • We prefer PayPal , but will accept bank-to-bank wire transfer. Please don't ask us to accept other methods -- the answer will be no.
    • We do not accept COD's.
    • We do not accept escrow.
  • Buyer to pay all shipping and handling charges.

  • Canada - Your total order must be over $500
    
  • Anywhere else - Your total order must be over $1000 and you must pay via wire transfer. If your order is less, or you cannot pay via wire transfer, we cannot ship to you.
  
  
• Shipping price shown is for the continental 48 states only. AK, HI, PR please email us for a shipping quote. We do NOT ship to PO boxes or APO boxes.
• We ship five days a week. Orders completed by 12pm EST are usually shipped out the same day.
• We ship via FedEx Ground and USPS Priority Mail. Shipping and handling charges cover what we pay to FedEx/USPS, high-quality packing materials and boxes, and labor.
• We will not ship the item(s) in this auction without insurance.
• We use Vendio to process our auction checkouts. When you checkout, Vendio will already know your s&h charges.
