The Portable Office accepts returns for a refund for the first 7 days of ownership with a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping is at the buyers expense. Returns without prior authorization will be refused. An RMA number must accompany all returned merchandise for warranty work. Support will issue you an RMA if your problem requires it. All returns are subject to testing by The Portable Office prior to any exchange or repair. Defective equipment will be covered by applicable warranties. Items found to be defective due to unauthorized repairs, software issues, physical damage will not be covered under our return policy or warranty. No returns are accepted after 30 days. No returns for a refund are accepted after 7 days.

New software can only be exchanged for identical software if it is defective. Buyer is responsible for checking system requirements prior to purchase and returns will not be accepted due to incompatibility. Once the software is returned the software will be tested to ensure it is defective.

Items sold AS-IS are excluded from any type of return or warranty. They are sold AS-IS and should arrive as described. Usually we sell items AS-IS if we cannot properly test the item or we do not know enough about the item to provide a warranty. They are a risky purchase and the price usually reflects that risk.
