Our Laptops are thoroughly tested and optimized for top performance. We have installed a core package of industry standard software which includes enough basic utilities to provide a high level of functionality right out of the box. These computers have been used in a corporate environment and they are in great operating condition. Keep in mind that they have been used and may shows signs of use including minor scuffs or scratches on the case. We replace parts with any major cosmetic damage.      

     Company Policies Regarding Returns, Feedbacks, etc

• In the case of a return, buyer is responsible with shipping back the product to us.

• The warranty covers a defective unit only. Specific parts are covered by Dell directly at no charge.

• Please contact us directly with any concerns before leaving a negative feedback.

• Please read our auctions carefully before bidding.

• Freight charges are non-refundable.

• A 15% restocking fee will be applied for returns due to buyer remorse!

• Certified Computer Xchange is NOT responsible for software or driver issues. If a customer reloads the OS, CCX will NOT accept the laptop back for refund.

Certified Computer Xchange provides a 30 day limited warranty on all of our laptops. The warranty covers any hardware defects and excludes any software issues, neglect, or unauthorized repair. In addition we do not test batteries therefore battery life will not be covered by any warranty. All auction sales are final and under no circumstances will a refund be given. In the unlikely event a warranty issue does arrive we will fix or replace the product within 30 days of delivery at our facility. At no time do we offer support or authorize outside repairs or upgrades. To make a warranty claim please email our office with a clear description of the issue.
