We use UPS ground service and USPS priority mail.
All packages shipping to a street address within the continental U.S. will ship UPS ground. UPS is at the forefront of worldwide package delivery and have a proven track record of success and their dependability is unmatched in the industry. In addition, UPS provides each of our customers with a tracking number that allows our customers to track their packages to their doorstep!

When shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, PO Box or APO these items ship USPS priority mail.

If at any time you feel the package has been lost or if it arrives damaged please call us immediately.

If you want your order shipped to an address other than the billing we must speak with you in order to verify your shipment which may cause a delay in shipping. In order to prevent this delay please call us or ship to your billing address.

Please note that we ask for 2 to 4 business days to process and ship your item from Ohio.
International
At this time we do not ship anywhere outside of the US other than US territories such as Puerto Rico and Guam.

Warranty Terms and Conditions
CSR provides a 30 day limited warranty on all of our laptops. The warranty covers any hardware defects and excludes any software issues, neglect, or unauthorized repair. In addition we do not test batteries therefore battery life will not be covered by any warranty. All auction sales are final and under no circumstances will a refund be given. In the unlikely event a warranty issue does arrive we will fix or replace the product within 30 days of delivery. To make a warranty claim please call our office during our regular business hours.
