IF YOU NEED A TRACKING NUMBER PLEASE CALL! DO NOT EMAIL US ASKING FOR A TRACKING NUMBER, WE RECIEVE 2000+ EMAILS  EACH DAY, AND WE HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO CHANCE TO RESPOND TO THEM ALL. AND IT'S A LOT FASTER TO PROVIDE THE NUMBER OVER THE PHONE.

For security reasons we only ship to confirmed addresses.

PayPal: please make sure you are using a verified paypal shipping address.

Credit Card: We ship only to the addresses listed with the credit card company. If you need shipment to an alternate address, please add the address with your credit card company before making the payment.

We ship UPS or Fedex, depends on our preference. If you need expedited shipping please don't hesitate to contact us for more information.

For international shipments please contact us prior making any bids.

We usually manage to ship your item within 2 days after the fund have cleared. But in some rare cases the shipping might be delayed if purchased within a holiday season.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, money order, Bank TO Bank wire transfer, bank certified check, and eCheck. Personal checks accepted.

NY state residents must pay 8.625% sales tax.

RETURNS

Returns will only be accepted if the item shipped is DOA, defective, or we have shipped you the wrong item. You must file for an return within 7 business days from the date of the receipt of the product. In order to return an item you would have to contact our RMA dept. (rma@ibmoutletusa.com) fill out an RMA form and get and RMA number. Returns without authorization will not be excepted and will be subject to 25% restocking fee, if everything shipped in the original purchase is returned to us. The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges.
