l        We use USPS and Fedex as our shipping carrier l        All packages are professionally packed with extra cushion. l        We ship within 48 continental states only, l        We ship to Paypal Verified addresses only, please have your address verified with Paypal if you haven’t done so. l        Alaska, Hawaii, PR, APO, and International shipping, please email for shipping quotes prior purchasing l        Once payment cleared, your item(s) will be shipped within 24 hours with confirmation number. l        Once the package left our facility, we have no responsibility as far as damages or loss. l        All shipping are uninsured l        Combine shipping is available for 5+ items only. l        Sorry no local pickup, however we can drop off your item the same day if you preferred.

WARRANTY	TAXES
l        We offer 30 days warranty on all of our items l        Please contact us within 7 days regarding the item condition, after 7 days, only exchange will be offered.  After 30 days all sales are final.	l        Texas residence, please add 8.25% sales tax to the total.

RETURN / EXCHANGE

l        All return items will subject to verification prior to exchange or refund, this process usually take less than 24 hours. l        All items for exchange/refund must be in original package with packing slip or refund / exchange won’t be valid l        Buyer responsible for return shipping charges and we will responsible for ours. l        We must receive your package before we can ship the replacement.  Once we received your package, your replacement will be shipped out within 24 hours, l        Any cancellations after purchases or returns without cause will result in 20% restocking fee.
