"DOA" WARRANTY
A "DOA" Warranty is a basic guarantee that the item will not be Dead On Arrival. If the item will power up upon arrival, then it is not DOA. These items may be new or used. This is a limited warranty and does not cover performance or appearance.
"7 DAY" WARRANTY
A "7 DAY" Warranty is a guarantee that the item will be fully functional for a period of seven days upon receipt of item. These items may be new or used.
PAYMENT TERMS

RETURNS
Returns will only be accepted with our RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) clearly marked on the package. To request an RMA Number, please email us, type "RMA Request" on the subject line. It is the responsibility of the customer to ship the item back to us and to insure that the item is not damaged in shipment. Any item that arrives at our location without a RMA Number clearly marked on the package or is damaged will not be accepted. PLEASE NOTE: Replacement items only. We do not warranty compatibility issues. We will only refund money if we are out of stock on item. We do not refund shipping & handling fees. RMA'S are based solely on our stated terms, policies, and implied warranties and are at the discretion of Lake Arlington Computers, Inc.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
We ship to lower 48 states ONLY (Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico - please e-mail for shipping estimate before bidding). We do not refund shipping & handling fees. We will ship within 2 business days of the receipt of payment. Please make sure that your Paypal shipping address is correct. If we ship to a Paypal shipping address and it is not the correct address because the shipping address in Paypal has not been updated the buyer will pay additional shipping to have the item re-shipped. Shipping discount available for multiple items.
LOCAL PICKUP
By Appointment Only. Please arrange local pickup by calling 817-557-5966. Appointment hours are Monday-Friday between 9:00am CST and 3:00pm CST. Some items may require 24-hour notice for preparation but all items require a minimum of three hour notice prior to pickup.
