I installed Open Office Suite for word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, graphics, databases and more. It is fully compatible with all versions of Microsoft Office. I also installed AVG free edition to protect your computer from viruses and spyware. I use stock photos in all of my auctions, but you will receive the exact same model laptop as pictured. The color of the laptop bag may be different than the one pictured. I updated the license and activated XP, which will allow you to install future windows updates from Microsoft.
