Warranty	All of our items come with a NON-DOA(Dead on Arrival) warranty unless stated to be in as-is and/or parts condition. Batteries do not come with any warranty as we can not guarantee battery life.
Returns/Exchanges	DOA items may be returned at our expense for testing and/or repair. If the item is unrepairable it may be exchanged or refunded if a similar item is not available. In most cases if your item is received with damages that were not mentioned in listing, it could have been damaged during transit. We will be happy to work with you on filing a claim with the carrier to get you refunded.
Questions	If you have a question about an item that you are interested in or have received please contact us by email through eBay's "Ask seller a question" option at the top right hand corner of the listing in question. We try to answer all questions as soon as possible, but it may take up to the next business day for a reply.
Business Hours	Business Hours are from 9am til 4pm Monday thru Friday.
Payment	Paypal payments are prefered. Otherwise Money Order or Check is accepted. Checks must clear before item will be shipped. Payment must be made within 7 days from auction close. After the 7th day we will file an un-paid item dispute and relist the item.
Shipping	Please understand that shipping charges include the actual postage cost plus packing materials. We take pride in packing your item securely so that it does not get damaged during transit. Items are usually shiped same day or next day following payment. We use UPS & USPS depending on item size delivery location. No local pick-ups at this time. Once an item is shipped the buyer will receive an email containing tracking information.
