Each auction is for 1 of the items in the photo.  These adapters have an problem:  they have damage to the power cord on the AC adapter.  The damage type varies by adapter but all units were tested to power a laptop and charge a battery. We are selling these units dirt cheap, you are guaranteed a working unit, but it is slightly damages.  See more details in technical specs.
