This item does include a warranty.  This warranty covers the unit for any manufacturer defects.  Does not cover accidental damage. It is a mail in service, and will need to be returned to the manufacturer for repair/replacement at their discretion

I can also ship to Hawaii/ Alaska/ APO/ FPO/ Puerto Rico/ for an additional $25 per computer, or $12 for a ipod/pda.
