If item arrives non-functional or defective, you must contact us within 3 days for an excahnge and we will send you a replacement. Buyer must contact seller for RMA authorization before returning an item. Incorrect items must be returned within 7 days of receipt in order to receive the exchange. The returned item must be in its original packaging with all documentation and accessories. Any dismantled, marked, or visibly defaced product by the buyer will VOID the item's return authorization. Returning an item because it arrived unsealed will not be allowed and will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
