? No refunds or exchanges on items returned without an RMA (Return Material Authorization)
? Unless stated otherwise, all items are sold as-is. We will only accept return/exchanges if the description of the item is misrepresented in a way that would affect the value of the item. In that case, you must notify us within 7 days for an RMA# for return authorization. The returned item must include all accessories and in the same condition as it was when we shipped it. Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping & handling charges is not included toward refunds. At our sole discretion, we will issue a refund (less shipping), a partial refund, or an exchange after the item is returned to us. For return reasons that we are not responsible for, we will charge a 15% restocking fee. Restocking fee applies to reasons including didn't want or like, slightly damage box, brand new units being opened, wrong color, etc.
? Many of our items are new and never owned or registered by anyone, therefore you are the original owner and can register the product either online or through mail for warranty purposes. However, if you are attempting to register an item with a manufacturer, the only invoice we will be providing is the invoice that you'll receive on your purchase from us. Since this is not an actual receipt from an authorized seller, there may be a chance your warranty will not be deemed valid by the manufacturer unless specified.
