We try to post at the very least once a week and have a 5 business day handling period. We do not email posting notification. Please note that we have a 5(five) business day handling period. This means that almost all items will take about 2(two) weeks or more to arrive. Normal times can be; Priority = 14 days, Parcel Post = 21 days, Media Mail = 28 days. Most things take about 2 weeks to get to you; please do not complain until the two weeks is up as all I can say is PLEASE BE PATIENT. If you have a special concern and we can help, please email. We understand that this is a little longer than most sellers but the main worker on these sales is handicapped and has to rely on others to get to the post office and to help with boxing. We are sorry if this causes any difficulty and ask for your forbearance.
WE WELCOME 'NEWBIES'
Many sellers will not take bids from newer Ebayers or those with low feedback scores but we believe that everyone has to start somewhere and are willing to give these buyers a chance to get started. We will take bids from all Ebayers except for those who have proven to be a problem in the past, those with 2 or more unpaid item strikes in the last 30 days, and those who have a negative feedback rating. All we ask is that if you have a problem, please email through the link on the item page within Ebay BEFORE leaving negative feedback and we will do our best to make sure everyone is happy. Happy customers are return customers!
FEEDBACK MAKES FRIENDS
When we first started selling on Ebay we left feedback as soon as the customer paid for their item. As time passed we found that our return feedback rate for those we had left it for was less than 40%. Feedback is very important in the Ebay forum as a seller can tell if a customer is forthright and upstanding and a buyer can tell if a seller is to be trusted, both by reading prior feedback and by checking their ratings. So we have had to adopt a different feedback program. We ask that when a customer receives their item and are happy with the transaction that they then leave positive feedback for us and we will respond within 24 hours with return positive feedback. Conversely if they are not happy please contact us through the Ebay links and not the outer email system and we will respond again within 24 hours to do our best to make you happy. This is our service commitment to you.
PET AND SMOKING ODORS
We approach our Ebay business as a family. All 5 of our children, 2 cats, 3 dogs, and my wife and I all pitch in to make it happen. As I am handicapped there is no way I could do it without their constant help and the help of our friends. A large percentage of our items are acquired through auctions, estate sales, and garage sale finds so even though we store them in sealed containers awaiting sale we cannot be sure of their exposure before we purchase them. We love our pets and recommend that those with extreme dog and cat allergy problems do not purchase our items. Also, I am sorry to say that I do smoke though no one else in our house does and we try to do our best to lessen contact between myself and the items as much as possible. I do realize it is a filthy, nasty, smelly habit but it affords me one of the few pleasures still allowed me due to my infirmities. In the course of our Ebay selling adventure we have made well over 2000 sales across 3 years and have had 12 complaints of smoke smells. This represents a very small percentage of our sales and this leads me to think that our efforts to keep the smoking smell off our items are working for the most part. It seems that those with extreme sensitivity to the odor are the only ones affected and recommend that they also do not purchase from us.

Please be aware that we use only United States Postal Services International Priority Mail on all of our global shipping.
While this may be a bit more expensive than other services we maintain that the reliability, safety, insurability, speed, and tracking features of this service gives good value. We also require that you insure your item so that in the unlikely event of a DAMAGE/BREAKAGE/LOSS OF ITEM accident you will be able to to have a refund in a timely manner. We welcome international bidders and are sensitive to their special needs. Many times special packaging or wrapping is needed to get your item to you safely and in one piece so we take extra care, employing double boxing and layered sizes of bubble wrap along with other methods.
