DAMAGES to PACKAGES: WE ARE NOT responsible for packages bent/folded to fit mailboxes or damaged in transit. I WILL NOT answer/respond to emails or messages of photos being damged with out any insurance being purchased. NO EXCEPTIONS (This issue needs to be taken up with your local post office/carrier.)
Isurance: is optional and recommended. Inquire about purchasing Insurance for item(s) that are won. I'll offer insurance with every purchase.
Overnite shipping: (( US ONLY)) 7Pudges will work with customers needing items shipped overnite. There is an additonal fee of $25 for this service. Item(s) will ship within 24hours from payment and must be known prior to end of auction(s) so we can prepare to ship item(s) immediately.

PLEASE DO NOT email me requesting a replacement without sending the original photo back. We need to verify the mistake and we'll gladly replace. We will do our best to replace item(s) in a timely manner with some possible extra's. Hundreds of photos are shipped daily and mistakes happen. All exchanges or missing photo(s) must be known and/or received within 5 business days of when your order is received. NO EXCEPTIONS! We will prompty ship out another. Refunds are given in the form of Credit towards like item{s} from 7Pudges, minus shipping and handling charges. NO EXCEPTIONS!
