Delivery Time: Items are packaged and shipped within one business day of us receiving payment. For items being shipped within the continental U.S. please allow 3 - 8 business days for your item to arrive. For items being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or anywhere outside of the continental U.S. please allow 5 - 15 business days for your item to arrive. We are not responsible for carrier or customs delays. All customs costs for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damaged Orders: In the event an order arrives damaged please notify us via email. Keep all packaging materials and the original shipping box. We will then instruct you of the further steps that need to be taken.

PayPal and money orders are accepted. Orders paid with PayPal are shipped to confirmed addresses only. Money Orders are only accepted in U.S. Dollars.

Returns: Giant Sporting Goods must be notified in advance before any item is returned. Upon notification you will be issued a return authorization number.

Returns must be postmarked within 21 days of the original shipment date and must be in original condition. This includes being unused and having all originals tags attached. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If an item is being returned due to an error on our part we will cover the return shipping charges. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, except even exchanges, or exchanges for any item(s) of greater value.
