All payments must be made within 7 days or an "Unpaid Item" Dispute will be filed with Ebay Automatically.  If payment is still not made 7 days after a dispute is filed, then an "Unpaid Item Strike" will go on your record.  If payment is made anytime between or after this all strikes or warning will be removed and your item will be shipped.

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour.

Returns

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.

Refunds are ONLY given for Defective/Incorrect Merchandise that can not be replaced.

Exchanges will be given under certain circumstances to exchange for Size (if another size is avail.) only if Buyer pays Shipping expenses. We will pay shipping expenses for Exchanges on Incorrect Merchandise Received Only. 
All return items must be in original packaging and in NEW condition. Any returned items that smell (smoke, pets, B.O. etc.) will not be accepted for exchange or refund.

Any Postal Damage/Loss will be handled through our Insurance Company and a refund or exchange will be given once Claim clears. Most claims usually take 30 days before they are honored for US customers or 60 days for International customers.
Attention: International Orders ***Especially ITALY*** are sometimes delayed through customs. We have no control over this. It is your responsibility to make sure the item you are ordering is legal in your country.
