Voice Activation may be triggered by Broadband Internet on the phone line. This is usually rectified by using a filter.
As with every digital phone recorder, some digital cordless phones cannot be recorded. I've no idea which particular models work and do not and can not make any guarantees on this
Everything you need to connect to the phone is included. Phone adaptor works worldwide on all phones but may require a small adaptor cord which is available at electronics stores. I've not had one problem in over 2000 units sold.
Model is silver in color. It appears 'black' due to reflection of background.
