INSURANCE IS REQUIRED ON MANY OF THE ITEMS THAT WE SELL.  

On items that I specify Insurance is Optional.  We will not be held responsible for lost items.

REFUND POLICY:

ALL ITEMS ARE EXAMINED BEFORE LISTING AND BEFORE SHIPPING.  WE ONLY SELL QUALITY ITEMS. 

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason I will exchange or replace the product with another product.  You must pay for the return of the item and insure it.  Plus you must pay for the shipment of the new item. 

If you want a refund then, Refunds will be given minus Shipping, Handling and a 15% restocking fee.

All refunds must be requested within 3 days of the original shipment.  Please request a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER BEFORE RETURNING.
