Up for bids we offer this vintage lure, in it's original box with the original price written in ink at $1.25.  It's 3-original treble hooks are strongly attached by screws and depicts DEVELS HORSE on it's tail.  It has the usual "prick" on the lure from the points of the hooks. We're not too sure that this lure was ever used.  A sure addition to anyone's collection.

Due to past expierences with some BAD eBayers, we're forced to add the following information.  It's directed to those BAD eBayer's, NOT YOU, the good ones.

All photos depict actual “shoots” taken just before listing. Any props used, such as backdrops, stanchions or coins (to show relevance for size for an example) are not included in the auction unless otherwise specified in the description.

Highest bidder will pay FIXED shipping charges quoted at the END OF THE LISTING, and YES, we will combine shipping.  Please contact us on the "multiple" bids you win.  We'll contact you with the total.

We do NOT accept PayPal; however do accept Money Orders, Cashier Checks and your “GOOD” personal check.  Personal checks will clear your bank before the item is shipped (approx. 7-10-working days).

You must notify us within three (3) days after the item closes with your method of payment, your shipping/mailing address and if you desire insurance.  Payment must be received within 10 working days after the close of the auction.

NOTE: We’ve been selling on eBay since April of 1998 and we professionally package each item for maximum protection. Then, and in almost every case, we over-wrap each package with brown paper.  This service cost a little more because of the extra time, material involved and it adds weight to the package.  Therefore, the shipping might be a little higher than a similar item you see/saw on eBay. However, our customers decided many years ago, through repeat patronage, that they appreciated the care we take, even though it added a little to the shipping cost. If you have any issue with any item we sell please email us so we can discuss it with you. Unless otherwise noted, all items are pre-owned and will have visual and physical clues typical of an item that has been handled and used. We do not sell "on approval" and HAVE TAKEN A PHOTO or several photos for this reason. Please bid with the knowledge that all sales are final. We are not professional appraisers, but do research each item. If you have questions/concerns/doubts or need more information, please e-mail us prior to your bid. Your bid is a legal commitment to purchase the item herein.

We strongly recommend insurance on fragile items and will not be responsible for damaged or lost items during shipment. Insurance is generally not advisable for items under $10.00, however, that will be your choice. Once your item is shipped it's out of our hands. If you do not wish the insurance, there is nothing we can do for lost or damaged items. We will NOT be held responsible for lost mail. If you value it, PLEASE purchase the insurance.

Save shipping and insurance charges on multiple auctions. We do not “keep track” when you bid on more than one of our items. . . So, please remind us of your multiple “winning” bids.  We can save you $$$$.

PLEASE do NOT use the eBay checkout method.  We will contact you shortly after the close of the auction (usually within the hour at the end of the auction). Most items are shipped priority mail (USPS), UPS, some DHL and some snail mail (much cheaper). We generally wrap on Saturday’s and Sunday’s and ship on Mondays.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: If your country accepts items shipped from the US, then disregard our auction message regarding NO International sales, and disregard the “FLAT” shipping charges quoted at the end. Email us your location, preferably before bidding, and we will provide shipping and handling charges.  We strongly encourage you purchase insurance as part of this bid transaction.

The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging.

The majority of our items are old and there might be imperfections, signs of aging and wear unless mentioned otherwise.  If we miss-represent the item or neglect to mention a chip, crack, break or any “boo-boo,” send back the item, and we will gladly refund your winning bid (less S/H).

ALSO:  Please note that the starting bid is usually based on how much we acquired (paid) for the item and has nothing to do with the physical condition or appearance of the merchandise. If we purchased the item at a low price, the savings are passed on to you, our customers. Our opening auction price is always below the value of the merchandise.  We sometimes place a reserve to protect us from an eBay crash or it could belong to someone else and we’re selling it for them. So, bid with confidence.

We are not expert’s on “ALL” items and make every attempt to accurately and honestly describe the item.  We encourage your questions and or concerns.  Please be sure to carefully look at the pictures and read the description carefully. All items are sold as is. Shipping quotes will be based upon USPS, for small items, and UPS or DHL for larger ones.  Rates do not include insurance, unless stated so. Additional insurance is optional and must be requested by the buyer at the close of the auction. We pack each item very carefully and will not be held responsible for items broken or lost during the shipping process and we do not refund shipping costs.

FINAL THOUGHT:  We do NOT re-list our items on eBay, unless we are selling for someone else, they go to flea markets or local consignment auctions.
