NM = Near Mint: record and jacket appears in nearly new condition (my highest grading for unsealed LPs)

EX = Excellent: light signs of usage, some hairlines are possible but not audible, occasional tics, bright and clean surface

VG = Very Good: light audible defects, surface noise possible, details are indicated

+ and - will higher or lower the grading

All records were cleaned if needed on my professional record cleaning machine.
