The Di-Acro Bender is a multi-purpose machine that is quickly adaptable to a variety of bending operations. They have been in use for years in model shops with short run requirements to companies with production needs. The design and materials used to build the Di-Acro benders today, remain virtually unchanged insuring performance satisfaction!

The Hand Bender is available in five models with capabilities of bending up to 1" round mild steel bar with a radius of 0-12". Each accurately forms round bar, flat bar and tubing. The No. 1 and 1A are for lighter work. No’s 2 and 3 work well with wrought iron and tubular furniture, while the No. 4 is designed for heavier work.

The machines are easy to set up, a ring of needle bearings and grease fittings in the operating arm insure ease of operation. The benders require a minimum amount of work space (see specific bender pages for dimensions.) and while you can make accessories yourself, we suggest you order the appropriate Bender-R-Pak to insure a short learning curve when ordering your first bender.

Typical bends formed on Di-Acro Benders include:

• Center Eye Bending
• Tube Bending
• Channel Bending, Flanges Out
• Edgewise Bending
