- La consegna della merce è pattuita e si intende fatta al domicilio del venditore, anche nel caso di spedizioni in porto franco. La merce viaggia, pertanto, a rischio e pericolo del Committente.
- Per le spedizioni assicurate, questi ha l'obbligo di verificare l’integrità del pacco alla consegna.
