We ship all orders via a Premium service with FedEx. FedEx will transport your order and the final delivery will be made by the USPS.

PO Boxes are not an issue with this Premium FedEx service and it now also adds Saturday deliveries!

Our shipping and handling cost is only $15.87.

Insurance of $1.65 is optional but highly recommended.

All the scales are tested when they leave the factory. Unfortunately, they are also very sensitive and delicate and do not do to well when they are thrown around. Sadly, many times the shipping journey is way too rough on them and they arrive dead. If you chose not to purchase the insurance, we will not be responsible for any issues after we ship out the order.

As a FYI, we do not use FedEx's insurance. We have found thru experience that if something happens, it takes way too long to file, have FedEx investigate and then they do not always pay out the claim. In the mean time, the customer is not happy for all the hassle and the long wait. If the customer is not happy, then neither are we. Also, FedEx's insurance does not cover items that do not show physical damage.

The insurance we now use is great. If the scales arrive dead, it is covered. Also, there is no paperwork to fill out, no waiting for a claim to be investigated. No hassles either. We immediately send you out a new one.

We do our best to take care of all of our customers. The small insurance charge enables us to help you out if there are any issues.

The S & H charges covers all costs such as postage, custom boxes, packing materials, labels and labor to pack and ship the order.

It is labor intensive but we go thru great effort to make sure your order will arrive to you safe and sound. Your scale, AC adapter and 9-Volt battery will all be packed very carefully and safely placed inside a custom shipping box specially designed for the scale.

At this time, we only ship to the continental USA. We do not ship to Canada, HI, AK, PR or any other outlying areas.

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Money Orders, and Cashier's Checks. We do not accept personal checks.

All items must be paid for within 7 days after the auction ends. Packages shipping to California will incur 8.25% sales tax on the product price.

Returns:

Any product that is still in brand new condition with the original packaging and any manuals may be returned to us within 7 calendar days of when you receive it. Once we receive the item and see that it is in new condition, we will refund you your original purchase and shipping fees. Buyer returns the item at his or her own cost.
