Return Policy
On Orders With Insurance 100% Refund of Item Price and Shipping Charges - Refundable upon return of items (this includes reimbursement of standard shipping charges you incur to return items to us)!
Free Exchanges - If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we'll ship the replacement item to you at no charge once your return is received and processed! On Orders Without Insurance Refund of purchase price only. Shipping charges are nonrefundable if insurance is not elected. If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, additional shipping charges would apply. Easy Steps To Return An Item: Before returning any product, please email us for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 7 days of receiving your order. You will be alerted by email once we receive your item and process your refund or exchange (please allow 14 days for processing). No refunds are issued until the item is received and processed.
