The TY-400 Digital Kitchen Scale has 2 different weighing modes; grams & Ounces. It is accurate within 1 gram or 1/10th of an ounce! This scale is easy to operate with it's 3-key button selection. Damages & Returns
If you receive a damaged or defective scale, simply ship it back to us and we will ship you a FREE replacement. The buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
The buyer must inform us of the damaged unit within 3
days of receiving the item. Buyer must ship back the damaged scale in unused condition & postmarked within 7 days from the date received.
If
you do not receive your package and the post office tracking system
shows it as undelivered, I will ship you another one for free, no
questions asked!
WARRANTY
If your scale is damaged or defective on arrival (DOA), you won't have to deal with the manufacturer... simply contact me and I'll replace the scale for free.
