We ship to the USA only. Hawaii
and Alaska shipping charges are higher, please inquire before you
buy.
All items are shipped within 7 days of
payment. Most items are shipped within 2-4 days of payment or
sooner. If there is a case where an item will take longer than
7 days to ship, we notify the customer by phone of the
problem. The only time this has taken place is when the
manufacturer has actually ran out of a particular item and we are also
waiting on the item. If this happens we offer the customer the right
to wait for the item and give them a date for the item to be shipped or we
offer a full refund immediately with no questions asked.
We ship via
UPS ground. UPS cannot deliver to a post office box so please
provide a street address for delivery. We require a delivery signature for
all orders over $250.00 so please plan accordingly. Local Pickup is not available at this
time
EXPEDITED SHIPPING: For an additional charge, we will ship your
order via UPS 2nd Day Air; 3rd Day Select or Next Day Air. Please
contact us for the specific rate to your address.
P AYMENT:
We accept PayPal, Money Orders and Checks.
Payment must be received within 10 days.
Once we receive payment, we will ship your order based on the form
of payment and guidelines below:
Payment through PayPal:
Through PayPal, we accept payment via credit card, electronic check
or your paypal account.
If payment is made by electronic check, your order will not ship
until PayPal notifies us that your payment cleared. Payments funded by
credit card or your PayPal account will ship without delay.

Your order will ship once we receive the money order or cashier’s
check.
Personal and Company checks:
We will hold your check for 10 business days before your item will
ship. This allows time for your check to clear the bank.
RETURN
POLICY:
We have a 10 day return policy from the time you receive your
merchandise.
Your purchase price less a 20% restocking fee will be refunded,
provided the conditions below are met. There is no refund for
shipping and handling charges.
- We must be notified of a return/exchange within 10 days after you
receive your order.
Once notified we will provide you with a RETURN AUTHORIZATION
NUMBER. Returns will NOT be accepted without a return
authorization number.
We must receive the return merchandise within 7 days of issuing
the return authorization.
The returned merchandise must be in new, unused, condition and
include all accessories, packaging material, literature, warranty cards,
instructions etc. that came with the equipment.
Ship the return equipment freight paid with insurance. We
cannot be responsible for loss or damage that occurs before the item is
returned to us. Therefore, the insurance is for YOUR
protection.
WARRANTY:
The new products we sell are covered by the manufacturer’s
warranty.
If your item is defective or is missing a part, we consider you to
be our customer and will work directly on your behalf with the
manufacture to correct the problem!
If an item is not covered by warranty, we will specifically mention
this in the item listing.
SALES TAX:
We are required by Texas State law to collect 8.25% sales tax on
any order that we ship to a location in Texas.
