It has been brought to our attention that sometimes we are missing messages from customers before we ship. So we will be shipping on a regular schedule from now on. We will ship on Tuesday and Saturday from now on and this will give us time to process any special requests. As long as your order is paid by 9 pm the evening before shipping day it can be assumed that it will go out that day. Anything being paid after 9 pm will be shipped the next shipping day. We ask that you give us Five (5) days to ship your order.

We prefer Paypal. However if you do not have a Paypal account please email us for Payment arrangements.. Only auctions ending within 7 days can be combined and only items paid on one invoice can be shipped together. If However you do have more than one auction ending within 7 days of each other we ask that you let us know so that we may combine shipping where possible. We must limit the number of auction that can be combined to 10 as we can only fit 5 crossStitch in one flat-rate box. Please do not ask us to ship another way. We have been doing this a long time and know the best way to ship these items.You will be asked to stop bidding and pay your invoice when your total auctions reaches 10 auctions and then you may start over and start bidding again. Please do not run up a large tab and then string out the payment. This is our business, we need to be paid for your auctions within 7 days. thanks

It has come to our attention that we need to clearly state that we do not lie on customs forms. This is illegal and we will not break the law for anyone. We apologize for any inconvience this may cause you but if this is a problem then PLEASE DO NOT BID! We do everything possible to keep your shipping and handling prices as low as possible and we will only include what you pay as the value on the customs forms. Not the actual value WHICH IS MUCH HIGHER! So Please, If you do not want to pay the duties on your package then PLEASE DO NOT BID ON OUR ITEMS! And DO NOT EMBARASS US OR YOU BY ASKING US TO LIE ON THESE FORMS. We will however work with you to package and ship your order the best possible way to save you money if we can. All you need to do is communicate with us. Most international orders will pay some type of duties when your package goes through customs. We cannot control this and we will not mark your item as a gift to prevent these charges. This is illegal. We will however package your order in such a way as to keep the duties as low as possible. When you buy more than $100 worth of merchandise sometimes it is better to break it up into a couple of small shipments to prevent the large duties as they seem to be quite a bit more once the value reaches $100. It may be that several orders may fit in one flat rate box and you will only pay for shipping the first item. Or it may be that we need to combine several orders in one box and ship by total weight. It depends on the items. However, We Do Not make money on our shipping. We charge a small handling fee on the first order to help offset some of the packing and selling fees but other than that we charge only what it costs us to ship it to you. We are happy to provide you with a breakdown of the shipping and handling charges of your order upon request.

Insurance is now included in all packages. However claims will be paid only after following the guidelines. International orders can take up to 6 weeks to arrive. We must wait a full 60 days before filing a claim for International Orders and six (6) weeks for domestic orders.

WE MUST LIMIT COMBINED SALES TO 5 Cross stitch or NeedlePoint PER Flat Rate Box. Please pay when you have reached this limit and begin a new order. Thank you for your cooperation.

PLEASE BEAR WITH US WHILE WE SET UP OUR SYSTEM TO COMBINE SHIPPING. We ship a lot of differ type of products and our shipping rates differ drastically between the different types.
