Therefore, there is a good chance you have never seen one in person let
alone jammed on one in private for a few hours.
Hey, we understand and that is why Gary Kramer created his 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Program that
allows you to buy any model with complete confidence. Here is how it works. Purchase
any guitar (Not including “B” stock) and pay using your Visa, Master Card, or PayPal
account. These orders are secure and are
handled professionally by PayPal on our behalf. The
guitar will be professionally packed by us and sent to you Free Shipping. VERY
IMPORTANT: Once the guitar arrives you will have a full 7 days to play it and
confirm that our guitar is right for you.
If for any reason you decide differently, then contact us by email
before the 7th day. You must then repack
the guitar exactly as it was sent, using the original packing materials and
ship it back to us at your cost. In addition, you must insure the instrument for the full
