Shipping and payment:
Paypal is the safest form of payment and the only form of payment we accept from international buyers (anybody out of the US).
Perishable items such as food, ship out twice weekly, generally on Tuesday's and Friday's. All other items ship daily Monday-Friday. All food items are received by us one business day prior to posting to insure the highest quality foods are being shipped to you. All of our items have good dates. To receive a general sell by date for an item you would like to purchase please feel free to contact us.
Shipping Options:
(1) First Class International Mail (7-14 Business Days)*: 9.99 GBP
*Delivery times are estimates and given by the United States Postal Service. Once the items are posted we can not be held responsible for shipping times. From our experience Express mails 5-7 day delivery time is the most reliable.
Priority mail and First Class mail have the same shipping times. Any item under 2 lbs will ship via First Class Mail and any item over 2 lbs will ship via Priority International Mail
Occassionally items will be charged customs duties and taxes. Buyer is responsible for any additional charges that may occur.
All Items are shipped with the United States Postal Service and will be delivered to your home via Parcel Force (if in the UK).

Returns and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to us. If your item is defective in anyway a return will be accepted within 7 days of confirmed delivery. After the 7 days are up any problems due to defects must go through the manufacturer. We will reimburse you for any return shipping costs when we receive returned defective item. If another item is available for exchange it will shipped out once defective item is received
From time to time you may change your mind on item after it has been paid for and posted. In this case a refund will be given, but the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
If you have purchased an item and have paid for it and change your mind before the item it has posted we will gladly give you a full refund. You will receive an e-mail from ebay for you to mutually agree not to continue with the transaction. This e-mail from e-mail helps us to get our seller fees reimbursed.
