Since 2005, Disneyland has issued the Featured Artist Collection, with limited edition jumbo pins, specially designed by Disney artists. In 2006, 2007 and 2008, this collection has included one Disneyland Railroad jumbo pin. DLR Featured Artist Collection 2006 Martha Widener 'The Train Station' 3D Spinner LE 750 Pin
All Aboard! Titled, "The Train Station," this Limited Edition Jumbo pin features the Disneyland® Railroad and the Main Street, U.S.A.® Station. This classic icon is found at the front entrance to Disneyland® Park. The railroad is a spinner that circles the Mickey Mouse shaped floral display. Colors in pin include yellow, green, red, black, gold, white. Disney Design Group artist Martha Widener created the artwork for this pin.
DLR Featured Artist Collection 2008 Disneyland 'All Aboard' Railroad Mickey Mouse 3D LE 500 Pin
Artist Tyler Dumas from Disney Design Group has created a beautiful pin that you'll want to make part of your pin collection. Titled, "All Aboard," this pin features Mickey Mouse dressed as a conductor for the Disneyland® Railroad. This limited edition, jumbo-sized pin is part of the Featured Artist collection created especially for the Disneyland® Resort.
Mickey is wearing grey-striped engineer overalls with a red neckerchief, and a gray cap/hat - he is holding a pocketwatch on a chain in his right hand and a lantern in his left. The train locomotive is red, green and grey. A sign at the top says "ALL ABOARD!"
DLR Featured Artist 2007 Alex Maher 'Mickey's Fair Weather Route' 3D Pin
This Limited Edition Featured Artist Jumbo pin was created by Disney Design Group Artist Alex Maher. Conductor Mickey Mouse sits atop the garden scale train known as the Lilly Belle in Uncle Walt's backyard. As the steam locomotive "rolls" along the track it passes by Walt's barn with a cloud of steam drifting from its smoke stack.
