Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures Premiere Auction Rules:
The Premiere tickets are non-transferable, non- refundable, not
valid for resale and valid only on the date and time indicated.
If for any reason the Winning Bidder and/or the Designated Guest
are not able to attend the Premiere Event on the date and time designated,
the Premiere Event Tickets will not be honored and the Winning Bidder
and/or Designated Guest will have no recourse. Valid Photo I.D.
for both Winning Bidder and Designated Guest is required to pick-up
Premiere Event tickets on the date and time of the premiere at the
designated WILL CALL desk.
Winning Bidder and Designated Guest will be subject to a criminal
background check at no cost to the Winning Bidder and Designated
Guest. Winning Bidder must submit by phone within the designated time frame the names, dates of birth, and social security
numbers for Winning Bidder and Designated Guest. Winning Bidder
must be at least 18 years old.
The Premiere Event will be monitored for unauthorized recording.
Unauthorized recording will be reported to law enforcement and may
result in removal from the theatre, forfeiture of the device and
its contents, or criminal or civil liability.
Winning Bidder and Designated Guest grant permission to Walt Disney
Studios Motion Pictures and its affiliates, agents, and assigns
to utilize the Winning Bidder's and Designated Guest's images or
likenesses in any live or recorded video display or other transmission
or reproduction, in whole or in part, of the movie or of any activity
related to the Premiere Event.
The Winning Bidder and Designated Guest assume all risks and danger
of personal injury and all other hazards arising from or related
or incidental to the Premiere Event, whether occurring prior to,
during, or after the Premiere Event.
Shipping & Handling Instructions:

No s/h cost. Tickets will be held at will call.
Bidder qualification:
Open to U.S. Legal Residents only. Your bid indicates that
you have read and agree to the Auction Rules outlined above.
To help ensure a smooth auction process, we reserve the right to
contact bidders to verify the sincerity of any bid. We will contact
the bidder for any bid of $1,000 or more and in other cases subject to our discretion. Please be available to
receive a phone call or email at the number or email address associated
with your eBay User ID in order to verify your bid. If we cannot
verify your bid, your bid will be removed.
If you have zero feedback, you must send us an email or your bid will
be removed at our discretion.
