SHIPPING:  Flat rate shipping for continental US only.  This includes insurance and tracking.  Please email if it is going to a PO Box, Hawaii, Alaska, overseas or APO address.  My flat shipping rates are based on using fedex ground and they can not deliver internationally, to Hawaii or to PO BOXES.  I will sometimes ship your item using priority mail depending on surcharges that fedex charges for some areas.

I ship within 24 hours of payment if at all possible and sometimes quicker! If you need an item shipped express overnight or 2/3 day delivery, just email me and I will do it if I can.

If I use fedex ground, I will send you a personal email with the tracking information and you can expect the item within 5 business days of payment.  If your item is shipped using the post office, ebay will email you the tracking information.

I will accept paypal and personal checks.  Merchandise will not be shipped until check clears.  I go to the bank only once a week.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted if I am notified immediately upon receipt of your item that there is a problem OR if prior communication regarding a concern has taken place.  All items are insured through the shipper and if damage has occurred through the shipping process, I will replace the item if I can.  If not, I will refund you (including your shipping) once the shipping company has reimbursed me.  If I use the US postal service, I will have to send you the shipping receipt and you will have to handle it with them; unfortunately that is the way the postal service wants it done.

If any item is not as described by my error, you are entitled to a full refund including shipping costs.  All items are checked before they leave the premises.

Halloween items may not be returned after the 15th of Ocotber in the year in which they were  purchased.  Exceptions are made if there is a problem.  Thank you.
