We own two homes adjacent in this nice neighborhood, away from all the Orlando rush hour traffic, yet just 6 miles from Walt Disney World!!!  It takes only 11 minutes to reach Animal Kingdom!  Both homes have identical layouts, just slightly different color schemes!  Each home is air conditioned/ heated for year round comfort, and can easily accomodate 10 people.  Two families can vacation together and split costs.  There are two seperate lounge areas, and two seperate areas for dining.  There are several TV's and VCR's in each home, including a large screen TV in the family room!  Pool heat is available during cooler weather, not necessary from MAY thru OCT, as an optional extra. A large four person spa/hot tub is included free!!!.  Golfers are welcome to play on a public course less than 1/2 mile away!!   You are bidding on a day rate.  Before bidding, EVERYONE MUST CALL ME to check on availability for your desired time.  The above rate is NOT available during Christmas week!! I have set the BUY-IT-NOW price the same, so you can get in without hassle in one easy step once you have confirmed availability. Weekly rentals  have no house cleaning charges !! Bid price DOES NOT INCLUDE the additional 12% Florida Hotel Tax required by law added onto all home rentals.  Our homes are fully certified by state and local officials, and meet or exceed all safety and occupancy requirements.  Our properties are managed  by a reputable and friendly management company.  Publix Supermarket and Super Walmart within 1 mile, as well as dozens of nice restaurants.  YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!
