Shipping

We try to be as accurate as possible with our shipping estimates, which includes an estimated packed weight and a small ($.50 - .75 domestic) shipping material fee. If we find that our estimate is a lot higher than the actual cost to send, we will issue a refund for the excess. If it is a minimal amount, we keep track of it and include them with our donations at the Holidays. When leaving DSR ratings, please do not blame us for the high shipping charges that are actually charged by USPS or UPS, as we have no control over them and are as frustrated as you are.

 

Due to delivery problems when using the USPS parcel post service (30+ days for shipping within the USA is not acceptable to us), we will use UPS ground as an option, along with USPS first class (13oz or under), USPS priority mail and USPS express mail.
