SHIPPING:  Flat rate shipping for continental US only.  This includes insurance and tracking.  Please email if it is going to a PO Box, Hawaii, Alaska, overseas or APO address.  If shipped to Canada, customs charges must be paid upfront unless it is shipped using the postal service. For this reason I prefer to use the post office unless fedex is much cheaper. Customs will be approximately 20-30% of the item value.

I will accept money orders, paypal and personal checks.  Merchandise will not be shipped until check clears.  I go to the bank only once a week. 

PLEASE NOTE:  ALL buyers USING PAYPAL SHOULD BE SURE THAT THEIR PAYPAL ADDRESS IS CONFIRMED.  THIS INCLUDES INTERNATIONAL BUYERS.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted if I am notified immediately upon receipt of your item that there is a problem OR if prior communication regarding a concern has taken place.  All items are insured through the shipper and if damage has occurred through the shipping process, I will replace the item if I can.  If not, I will refund you (including your shipping) once the shipping company has reimbursed me.  If I use the US postal service, I will have to send you the shipping receipt and you will have to handle it with them; unfortunately that is the way the postal service wants it done.

If any item is not as described by my error, you are entitled to a full refund including shipping costs.  All items are checked before they leave the premises.
