This wonderful Orlando vacation spot at the Grand Palms Resort is conveniently located only four miles from Walt Disney World in the private residential area of Lindfield Estates in Kissimmee, Florida. There is fun for the whole family to enjoy! You’re only a hop, skip and a jump away from all the Disney theme parks including Magic Kingdom, Epcot, MGM Studios, Animal Kingdom, Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon. Other nearby attractions include: Universal Studios, Sea World, Island of Adventures, Gator Land and Wet-n-Wild.
Guests may also enjoy shopping and dining at the multitude of restaurants and shopping malls in the surrounding area or get out and relax on the links. The Orlando / Kissimmee area is home to several championship golf courses, such as Champions Gate, Orange Lake, Celebrations and the Disney Resort courses.
Within two miles of the resort, you’ll find the convenience of a Publix Grocery, Walgreens & Super Wal-Mart.
Our family owned Grand Palms non-smoking condo is a first floor unit with three bedrooms and two baths. The unit, constructed in 2004, is fully furnished with all the comforts of home, including a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, central air conditioning, wireless internet, linens and towels. There is a private screened in patio off the living room area, which leads out to the community’s large heated pool, hot tub, gym, tennis courts, barbeque area with charcoal grills, tables, umbrellas and gazebo.

You are bidding on a seven night / eight day vacation rental in our 3 bedroom 2 bath unit within the Grand Palms Resort.
This is a weekly rental rate valid for any seven night / eight day stay between now and December 31, 2010.
Other periods of time maybe secured by emailing seller directly for rates (minimum two night stay).

It is very important that you email us to check the availability of your desired dates PRIOR to placing a bid. Some weeks may become unavailable over the duration of this listing. Failure to check availability prior to bidding / buying a week may result in desired dates being unavailable. Seller cannot be responsible for bids / purchases made if buyer did not first check availability. Buyer must be at least 21 years of age with a valid major credit card. Rate does not include 13% state / local taxes. No pets or smoking in the unit and overnight parking of oversized vehicles is prohibited.

This is not a timeshare. No tours or sales presentations to attend. There are no hidden fees.
For buyers convenience, the owner's management company lives in the same complex and is available for any needs during your stay.
Once the auction ends, we request a $100 deposit to reserve the dates. The remaining balance is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival.
If you cancel your reservation with at least 60 days notice, your deposit will be applied to another week within one year of the original booking.
We accept payment by Cashiers Check, Personal Check or PayPal.
