I will email the reservation confirmation once this information has been received from you with your name as guest within 5-7 business days.  You will need to print it off to take with you to the resort for check in.

 

Terms of Sale:

 

Cancellations:   If a situation happens that you must cancel 16 days or more before check-in date,  please call or email me ASAP as we will (Based on availability) be able to rebook, at your convenience, another 60 day or less reservation before check-in (arrival) date for $99.00 which is the cost of adding a Guest Name.  There are no refunds, but every attempt will be made to rebook a future trip. Based on availability, and seasonal rates must be considered. This offer to rebook does not expire. Cancellations 16 days or more before check-in date will not require another rebooking fee (when rebooking). Cancellations 15 days or less before check-in will not be able to be rebooked & loss of entire vacation.
