Returns: Return requests are considered on a case by case basis. We must be made aware within 3 days of product delivery. We do not refund shipping cost. Insurance is at the buyer's risk as I alway's make it available. This applies to returns also , if the buyer returns an item and opts not to insure it and it is damaged in transit, I cannot be held accountable. If your item is damaged or lost in shipping a claim must be filed by you the buyer for you to receive compensation. We do not refund money out of pocket for items damaged in transit.
